My worry is the too-easy slip from talking about aggregate patterns to talking about individual-level traits (viz. the conscientious Floridian). I think this is simply a category mistake.

The article has good suggestions of how to use these findings fruitfully rather than perpetuating (and inventing) stereotypes.</description>
