		<description>Thanks Brendan!  I think you always run into a bit of a problem with people waiting to be told it&#039;s ok to try new ideas, whether you&#039;re in the public sector or the private.  It is perhaps more of an issue in the public sector.  That&#039;s part of the point though of finding cheap ways to try ideas - if you can get around needing a business case for everything, then that is significant progress, I think...</description>
